Refund policy
Thank you for supporting the James E. Hunter Golf Classic! Your participation helps us further our mission of providing scholarships and community support.
All registrations, sponsorships and donations for the James E. Hunter Golf Classic and James E. Hunter Scholarship Fund are non-refundable. This policy applies regardless of personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, or weather conditions.
INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY
In the event of rain or inclement weather, the James E. Hunter Golf Classic will make every effort to reschedule the event; however, rescheduling is not guaranteed. If rescheduling is not possible, the fees paid are non-refundable. The James E. Hunter Golf Classic will collaborate with the golf course management to determine whether the course is playable. If the event is partially completed due to inclement weather, participants will receive rain checks for either 9 or 18 holes, following the venue's policy.
Adverse weather conditions—including rain, frost, flooding, fog, or any other circumstances requiring suspension of play—will be evaluated by the James E. Hunter Golf Classic in coordination with the venue management. Any necessary adjustments will be determined accordingly.
